- There are 3.5 million truck drivers in the USA

- 84% of trucker/car accidents are the car driver’s fault
- there are only 500,000 truck related accidents annually (as opposed to 5.25 million car accidents)
- A truck can hold 15 gallons of oil but the average car can only hold 1.25 gallons
- Truck engines last longer than you car’s engine
- Trucks won’t breathe their last “breath” until about 1 million miles
- Trucker generate 400 to 600 horsepower
- Majority of truck drivers are male

- The longest semi-truck was build in Australia in 2006. It had 112 semi trailers and was 4836ft 11in long
